A cost effective way to perform exterior building maintenance at a fraction of the cost and time of traditional scaffolding.  This large scale renovation of the Tacoma - Pierce County Administrative Building was an ideal application.  The installation of a new building facade and windows enhance the 60 year old building.  The model 1400 SCANCLIMBER unit has a 250' mast capability and a 42' (82' - twin) platform length.  This unit provides a hoist and work platform as one and can assembled to conform to various building designs.
